We were thinking at first that Kaiyah looked a lot like Zeke when she was born. After comparing pictures, we're not so sure anymore. Tell us your thoughts.

I think they look alike - Kaiyah's mouth is different. They are precious. I love seeing the pictures together.
Fred and I are going to vote...different. The structure of their faces is different. Their mouth and eyes are different as well. We can definitely tell they are brother and sister though.

I still think they look alike. Kaiyah was a bit bigger and has chubbier cheeks. Two precious babies!!
